Owen Schuh uses a variety of media to make mathematically-inspired pieces of art, often based on the repeated application of simple rules, or mechanical systems.

I really like the “recursive network” drawings, like the one above, and his pieces based on cellular automata, where layers of paint build up into something like a cityscape as the automaton progresses.
